How do you get a copy of a report?

A copy of an accident report can be found at crashdocs.org. Any other reports needed can be issued by filling out a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) form shown on the homepage.

What do I do if I accidentally dial 911?

DO NOT HANG UP! 9-1-1 has a safety feature that allows all calls to go through regardless if they are disconnected or not. If you hang up, we will call you back immediately. This takes available calltakers out of service from answering potential emergency calls. This happens on a daily basis, it's no big deal, no one is in trouble we just need to verify that you are ok, and our mapping is working correctly. Please stay on the line and talk to the dispatcher!

What hours is someone at the station?

Our station is open 24 hours 7 days a week. We do have an office assistant Monday through Friday 8am-4pm. If someone is not at the window, pick up the red phone located in the lobby entrance. As always, in emergencies please dial 911.
